“NO” MEANS “NO”!
THE VOTERS REJECTED THE TOWN BUDGET IN JUNE
IN RICHMOND, “NO” REALLY MEANS…”TO HECK WITH HOW THE TAXPAYERS VOTED BECAUSE THE TOWN COUNCIL KNOWS BEST.”

TUESDAY, JULY 8th – 8:00AM – 8:00PM

THE RICHMOND REPUBLICAN TOWN COMMITTEE partnered with the FORGOTTEN TAXPAYERS to DEFEAT the proposed FY26 town budget on June 3rd.
The Richmond Town Council reduced their largest budget ever by just $244,000 – “repackaging” their budget to take another bite at the apple because it wasn’t enough for the voters to say “NO”.
On July 8th - LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD!
VOTE NO AND REJECT THE LARGEST BUDGET IN RICHMOND’S HISTORY!
The Municipal Budget as originally recommended by the Finance Board increased to $8.36 million from $7.9 million last year.
Also, Richmond’s budget has increased by 82% since FY12.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Can you afford to live in Richmond in 5 years the way spending is increasing? VOTE “NO” and reject the FY26 Town budget on July 8th
WE THE PEOPLE HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF OUT OF CONTROL SPENDING!
TELL PRESIDENT SAMANTHA WILCOX…..STOP SPINNING THE NARRATIVE - SPENDING MORE THAN YOU TAKE IN IN REVENUE, IS DEFICIT SPENDING. “BORROWING” FROM THE FUND BALANCE IS IRRESPONSIBLE.
