Priorities:
How to make Richmond more affordable:

Line item transparency: Drive down operating costs by requiring detailed line item reviews of town spending and publish clear proof of cost cutting victories and initiatives. More transparency is needed in this area.
We should not be concerning ourselves with low income housing at this time – we need to concentrate on an economic business plan that drives revenue and lowers taxes
Pro business economic plan – focus municipal energy on a business plan that generates commercial tax revenue to lower your residential taxes,
More local control and home rule: support policies that keep important decisions in the hands of Richmond residents rather than distant state mandates.
